In placing an order with Dreamcatcher Trading Post you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Dreamcatcher Trading Post is domiciled in the UK and makes no warranty to anyone who places an order from outside UK that this website complies with any non-UK laws or regulations and no local promotions will apply to these products.


A contract will come into place when an order is placed, confirmed and the goods are despatched. At this point your credit card will be charged to the value of the goods ordered.

Prices & Availability of Goods

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We are are not VAT registered so there is no extra taxes we charge.  Any customs duties or levies in your destination country will be your responsibility.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that prices and details are correct on our website, data entry errors and other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases it is not required to honour the price. If you see any price you believe to be inaccurate, then please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery and Charges

All items ordered will be packed and sent within 3 -7 days (stock availability permitting). Please note that a signature will usually be required for deliveries.

Stock Availability

We aim to always have items in stock. There are occasions, however, when an item is not available in which case we will inform you as soon as possible. Where one or more items from an order are unavailable for a short period we will still send out the rest of the order to you and the other item(s) will be sent on as soon as we receive them. In these cases only one delivery charge will be made. If you require an item urgently, please call us to confirm availability.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase from Dreamcatcher Trading Post. However, should you wish to return the goods you should notify us within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, with original packing. Please notify us
before sending any returns.

Making Returns

Returns should be sent within 28 days of delivery of the order. We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transport.

Please note that return postage will not be refunded.  However, if you received a faulty item, we will naturally reimburse you fully.

Payment and Security

Security is a major concern. Our systems ensure that your information is totally safe. Our on-line payment facility is provided by PayPal.

Payments can also be made by phone or post. Please note that we accept cheques but delivery will not take place until the cheque has cleared. (If paying by cheque, please make them payable to ALSO KNOWN AS LTD).

Conformity of Goods

Although we make every effort to ensure that our Web Site is as accurate as possible you may find that some of the products may appear larger than their actual size.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding weight or dimensions of products.  Due to inevitable variations in handmade products and the difficulty in getting computer monitors to display the intricate tones of our jewellery, colours may vary. We recommend that you order matching items together.  We cannot accept any responsibility for variations in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.


The supply of the products or their use or resale by you, and the entire liability of Dreamcatcher Trading Post under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
